Less than 3 minutes! Cryotherapy represents the science of using limited (less than 3 minutes duration) whole-body exposure to extreme sub-zero temperatures (up to -150°C/ -238°F) to help aid in recovery and stimulate physical, mental, and emotional wellness.

We use a state-of-the-art whole body cryo-chamber, °CRYO Science Arctic™, which actively measures temperatures and provides fully breathable and filtered air. Nitrogen gas never comes in contact with the skin.

Adjustable Window

The °CRYO Arctic™ has an adjustable window giving clients the option to experience partial or whole-body cryotherapy.

Spacious

The °CRYO Arctic™ is more spacious. Clients enjoy more room to move around inside the luxurious chamber without feeling closed in.

Sound System

Clients may choose their individual music preferences, as there is a built-in sound system in the chamber.

Low Doorstep

The °CRYO Arctic™ is equipped with a convenient low doorstep for easy entry and exit. No more dealing with the faulty or additional padding for those of shorter stature.

CRYO Penguin Targeted Cryotherapy

Localized Cryotherapy Powered by Science Performance and uses the °CRYO Penguin™ device to specifically target those areas of your body that require extra and/or special attention. Advance safe technology including distance control and skin temperature sensors! It may be used for isolated areas of swelling and inflammation, slimming and toning, numbing nerve irritation, reducing arthritis pain, reducing the pain of migraines, helping manage skin problems, atopic dermatitis (eczema), acne, cryoshaping- reducing cellulite, healing of scar tissue, post-surgical conditions, and a unique application after wisdom teeth removal and dental implants (helps reduce pain and swelling)!
