Any oxygen bar is a free-standing bar in which people sit (or stand) and breathe over 90% pure oxygen (normal air is 21% oxygen) and aromatherapy from a disposable nasal cannula. These modular bars can service multiple people simultaneously. The oxygen is not kept under pressure nor is it administered from a pressurized tank (medical oxygen).

What Can I Expect When I Use The Oxygen Bar?

At our oxygen bar, you will wear a nasal probe that helps direct concentrated ambient oxygen and specific essential oils to you, offering a relaxing and soothing mind and body experience. Sessions are available in 5-minute increments, up to 20 minutes.

Hyperbaric oxygen therapy involves breathing pure oxygen in a hyper-pressurized environment. Under such conditions, the lungs are able to obtain more oxygen than would be possible breathing pure oxygen at normal air pressure. The increased oxygen in the lungs results in increased oxygenation of blood, helping accelerate tissue healing and infection avoidance. In medical practice, hyperbaric oxygen therapy is a well-established treatment for decompression sickness, a potential risk of scuba diving, serious non-healing infections/wounds, and traumatic brain injury. In these medical chambers, the air pressure is increased two to three times higher than normal air pressure.


However, the use of mild hyperbaric therapy, 1.4x normal, in healthy individuals has increased due to other potential benefits, including stress and anxiety management, boosting immune system response, anti-aging benefits, and recovery and rejuvenation (well known among professional athletes).
