The idea of opening Core Elite Wellness Fit Cryo came to me as a necessity to help people experience and benefit what was not presently available in Cleveland, true whole body, science-based cryotherapy treatment. I personally have seen the benefits of cryotherapy from as early as 1988 (and always full-body enclosure, including the head and neck).  As a former ballet dancer, I suffered a lot of trauma, like many of you, I also have had health issues, and even underwent surgery. Practically all of my life, I have been an avid fitness advocate and firmly believe in the benefits of complete body wellness, physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. 

First of all, I am a mother, a wife, and a survivor. I have been a very successful businesswoman, traveling the globe, truly a citizen of the world, speaking multiple languages. I have been fortunate to try many available wellness alternative technologies. Cryotherapy has been an important part of my life, even saving me from needing a surgical procedure. I have witnessed firsthand the benefits of whole-body exposure to cold, so-called cryo"miracles" for my friends and family members! It has improved my life in other ways as well, allowing me to recover faster from intense workouts, resulting in tighter and younger-looking skin, and rejuvenating me mentally and emotionally.
My passion and understanding of the use of cryotherapy has only increased. As I have aged, I have realized more and more the importance of recovery and managing inflammation. Although I tried many alternative treatments, none replaced the role of cryotherapy for me. More specifically, the use of some of these alternative treatments led me to the conclusion that initially, without cryotherapy, I was not focusing on and treating the basic sources of my problems, inflammation, hormonal changes, stress, and over-training without recovery. I was treating "symptoms" not the "cause"!

Over the past few years, I traveled extensively, participating in various conferences and engaging with a range of cryotherapy studios and professionals, "freezing myself" in different types of cryotherapy saunas (head/ shoulders exposed) and cryotherapy chambers (full-body immersion including the head and neck). I looked at both liquid nitrogen and electrically supplied devices. Ultimately, I made the decision that the °CRYO Arctic™ offered the best of all worlds, completely enclosing a client into a soft, entirely safe, and upscale environment of filtered, fully breathable air and customized music. At Core Elite Wellness Fit Cryo, we want to share the incredible benefits and the results of alternative therapies with people of all ages, health, and activity levels, at a reasonable cost!

We believe that the most critical factors in a person's health and wellness profile are keeping inflammation low, circulation high, and cellular health functioning optimally. Inflammation is a driving force behind aging and disease. The circulatory system touches every bodily function, providing oxygenation and nourishment, and its importance cannot be overstated. Cellular health is key to regeneration and repair. Focusing on these 3 factors allows the body to maintain a more consistent state of health and repair, positively affecting everything we do, helping to sustain our health and fitness, recovering from the inevitable injuries, and slowing the aging and disease process. With greater awareness and focus on these important health factors, we can be "proactive" and less "reactive" in our approach to health, wellness, and longevity.
